Hi there! I'm Laura from 3E, and it is my passion to make learning enriching, engaging, and enjoyable for children. STEM activities offer so much more than Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. In fact, I would argue that in the primary grades, the STEM acronym could just as easily represent Social Skills, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, and Meaningful Problem Solving.

If you're on a shoestring budget like I am, you will be pleased to find that the activities I create are not high-tech or expensive. Most of the materials are free or can be obtained at the local Dollar Store. Not only does this cut down on your costs, but it makes the materials accessible to your students and their families to try again at home!
You will also find that many of the resources I've created have a theme or central character. Miss Peculiar, Backpack Jack, and Secret Agent STEM have become favorites with my students. Why? Because they transform a FUN challenge into a MEANINGFUL challenge. I hope your little learners will enjoy them as much as mine do!
